I tested these seeds with 2 tablespoons rather than 3 in a tall mason jar covered with a coffee filter that was stored upside down in a closed cupboard. Almost all the seeds sprouted, but they took about 6 days to grow 2 inches rather than 4 days. That wasn't a huge issue for me since they taste fresh and have a great firm snap when you bite them. I'm Chinese so it is very exciting to be able to grow my own bean sprouts to use in dishes. This set is also much more cost efficient than buying them from the store. The only thing I would advise is to make sure the beans have plenty space to grow or they will curl into themselves.

I soaked 1 tablespoonful of seeds for 10 hours and put them in 16 oz mason jar. I rinsed it with water twice a day sometimes I forgot After a week, sprouts completely filled the 16 oz jar. There's no foul smell. It looks like all the seed germinated. I plan to use them in stir fried noodle.

Soaked these yesterday, and boom sprouts already popping up! They are fresh, clean, and have that perfect crunch when ready. Nothing beats homegrown sprouts for salads, stir-fries, or just snacking straight from the jar.

I am very pleased with the amount of product we receive in the bag! I already have sprouts on my hydroponic system and they sprouts look healthy and delicious!

I added 2 T. seeds, soaked for 12 hours, rinsed, drained, and inverted jar. I then covered the jar and rinsed several times a day until the sprouts were the size I wanted, 3-4 days. To remove the seed shells, I placed the sprouts in a bowl of water and gently swished around. Many seed shells required me to softly rub the seeds to remove the shell. Store in an airtight container and rinse once a day. Sprouts are good for several days.This packet is offered at a good price point and all the seeds are viable.
