Easy to sprout

This bag contains a good sprout mixture. I originally got this to make sprouts for my birds, but they are not interested in eating sprouts. So I end up eating it. They taste good. They add a good crunch to my salad and smoke salmon. This bag is very small, but enough seed to sprout quite a good amount of sprouts. Instructions are easy to follow. Its kind of hard to remove the seed shells, but they are edible, so I just eat it.
