Delicious on salads!

Very easy to start! They smell like grass when its spouted and tastes really good on many types of salads. Very functional for womens health. Especially if youre bf. Its a decent price too!

Easy to Grow Sprouts

I put two tablespoons of these seeds in a mason jar. I rinsed and drained the seeds twice a day and four days later I had a jar packed full of fresh sprouts. Germination rate was great.This is my first time trying fenugreek sprouts. I like the texture and taste. They have a mild taste, somewhat like alfalfa or mung bean.
